Objective To explore the influence of the level of IL-2 in pleural fluid on the increasing rate and anti-tumor effect of tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TIL) derived from malignant pleural fluid in vitro. Methods The levels of IL-2 in pleural fluid were measured by ELISA. MTT assay was used to detect the cytotoxicities against Lovo cell line of the TILs. Results The increase rate of TIL at the group with lower level of IL-2 was rapid than that of group with higher IL-2 level. The cytotoxicities against Lovo cell lines at the group with lower level of IL-2 were stronger than that of group with higher IL-2 level. Conclusion The level of IL-2 in pleural fluid relates to the increasing rate and cytotoxicity against tumor cells of the TILs. ReplaceFont

Methods 108 cases with thyroid carcinoma(from 1989 to 2002) were summarized retrospectively for their condition of reoperation. Results 108 cases with thyroid carcinoma had been reoperated for 112 times.Complications occurred in 22% of the cases.Patients were followed-up for 2~13 years, 5 and 10 years survival rate were 75.0%(81/108) and 37%(40/108) respectively. Conclusion On time examine a patient, the surgical operation method ...

Objective To explore the reason.treatment and prevention of Stoma fistula of rectum after TME(total mesorectal excision). Methods TO Analyze 254 cases which were treated by TME whose anastomose fistula were put out of peritoneum retrospectively. Results Among 254 cases there are 29 cases had stoma fistula, the rate is 11.4%. and they have been recovered through conserve treatment such as local stapling and taking food. Conclusion The concidence rate of TME is higher, and have relationship with blood suppl...

Objective To investigate the effect of radiotherapy and adverse reaction on skin transplant after operation of keloid. Methods 40 patients with skin transplant after operation of keloid were retrospectively analyzed. They were divided into two groups based on irradiation dose:group A 600~ 1?000cGy/f,every other day or single irradiation,D T 1?000~ 1?800cGy; group B 200~300 cGy/f,irradiated every other day,D T 1?000~ 2?000cGy. Results The recurrence of group A was(4/22) 18%;the recurrence of group B ...

Objective To analyse 60 patients of tongue cancer with different therapy in order to discuss the best therapy style. Methods Reviewing 60 patients from July,1975 through July,1994, 25 patients were treated by simple radiotherapy, 10 patients with pre-surgery radiotherapy and 25 patients with post-surgery radiotherapy. Results The total 3- and 5-year survival rates were 58.3% (35/60)and 46.7% (28/60), while those of stage Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,and Ⅳ were 80.0%, 60.0%, 60.0%, 45.5% and 70.0%, 40,0%, 46.7%, ...
