Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of radiotherapy and adverse reaction on skin transplant after operation of keloid. Methods 40 patients with skin transplant after operation of keloid were retrospectively analyzed. They were divided into two groups based on irradiation dose:group A 600～ 1?000cGy/f,every other day or single irradiation,D T 1?000～ 1?800cGy; group B 200～300 cGy/f,irradiated every other day,D T 1?000～ 2?000cGy.
