The influence of the level of IL-2 in pleural fluid on the increasing rate and anti-tumor effect of TIL derived from malignant pleural fluid in vitro ReplaceChar('spanTitle')

  • Objective To explore the influence of the level of IL-2 in pleural fluid on the increasing rate and anti-tumor effect of tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TIL) derived from malignant pleural fluid in vitro. Methods The levels of IL-2 in pleural fluid were measured by ELISA. MTT assay was used to detect the cytotoxicities against Lovo cell line of the TILs. Results The increase rate of TIL at the group with lower level of IL-2 was rapid than that of group with higher IL-2 level. The cytotoxicities against Lovo cell lines at the group with lower level of IL-2 were stronger than that of group with higher IL-2 level. Conclusion The level of IL-2 in pleural fluid relates to the increasing rate and cytotoxicity against tumor cells of the TILs. ReplaceFont
