Abstract
Objective To study the proapoptotic effect of Sodium Salicylate (Na-Sal) on the HL-60 Cells and its relation ship to the changes of intracellular free Ca 2+. Methods The phosphatidylserine exposure was measured by Annexin-V binding assay; DNA fragmentation detected by agarose gel electrophoresis; and the changes of the concentration of intracellular free Ca 2+ analyzed by confocal laser scanning microscope (CLSM).
