Relationship between expression of p16、PS2 and multidrug resistance in breast cancer

Objective To explore the relationship between expression of p16、PS2 and Resistance genes of GST-Pi、TOPOII、 PgP in breast cancer. Methods The detection and analysis of p16、PS2、GST-Pi、TOPOII、PgP genes proteins in 57 breast cancer were made by using the Instant Microwave heating-immunohistochistry technique.
