  • Objective To study the effects of the curcumin on proliferation in CNE-2Z-H5 cells in vitro and in vivo. Methods The effects of the curcumin on proliferation in CNE-2Z-H5 cells in vitro were studied by MTT assay and trypan blue dye exclusion.Duplicating the model of CNE-2Z-H5 cells implanted tumor in nude mice,then observe the effects of the different doses of curcumin on the growth of implanted tumors.
