  • Objective To investigate the inhibitory character and the mechanism of Acanthopanax giraldii Harms Var Hispidus Hoo polysaccharides (AGP) on the in vitro human gastric cancer cell line. Methods MTT approach that shows the character of the inhibitory effect and flow cytometre which can explore the mechanism were adopted.
