    Abstract
  • Objective To observe the inhibitory effect of Allium Fistulosum.L Oil(AFLO) on growth of human gastric carcinoma cells. Methods In vivo and in vitro assays were carried out in the cultured human gastric carcinoma cell line MGC803 transplanted in the nude mice by MTT,neoplasm weight mesurement,tumor DNA index and average DNA contents and TUNEL. Results IC_ 50 of AFLO were 52μg/ml,38μg/ml,and 20μg/ml at 24 hour,48 hour,72 hour.Calculated by weight,the tumor growth was inhibited by 36.07% .Meanwhile,AFLO could a...
