    Abstract
  • Objective To explore the effect and the side effects between the two different divided dosage of DDP. Methods 65 cases with esophageal cancer were divided into two groups randomly. Group1:DDP 12～15mg/m 2,d1～5;group 2:DDP 80～100mg/m 2,d1. The two groups were all combined with 5-Fu/CF and given the same anti-vomiting drugs. Results The two groups almost had the same effects, however, the side effects in digestive tract and kidney caused by the group 1 were lower than those caused by the group 2. Conclu...
