Abstract
Objective To investigate whether chronotherapy can reduce the toxicities caused by cisplatin. Methods From April 2004 to March 2006,29 cases received cisplatin-based regimens by multichannel, programmable pumps as group A. Cisplatin was given in 20 mg/(m2·d), from 10∶00 to 22∶00,peak at 16∶00,d1~4; The other 30 cases received same regimens as group B, Cisplatin was given in 25 mg/(m2·d), from 09∶00 to 10∶00, d1~3.
