  • Objective To study the therapeutic measures of unresectable primary liver cancer(PLC) . Methods From January 1991 to March 2000, the clinical data of 192 patients with unresectable primary liver cancer were analyzed ret rospectively with clinical data, treatment measure and followed-up data. Results 169 patient s were followed-up 21 cases accepted the second line operation explore of which, 13 cases accepted the liver section and 1 case the liver f reeze operation. The overall 12, 32 and 52 year survival rate was 73. 6 %, 27. 1 %, 9. 2 %, respectively. Conclusion Unresectable primary liver cancer should be treated by the TACE oriented comprehensive therapy.
