Current Research Status of NF-kappa B Related Molecular Pathway in Diffuse Large B Cell Lymphoma

Along with the new generation of gene sequencing technology, the research on the molecular pathways and related gene mutation of diffuse large B cell lymphoma is becoming more and more profound. Among these pathways, activation of NF-κB is a key event. These studies have revealed an abnormal activation of NF-κB related pathway in the diffuse large B cell lymphoma, and found a series of new tumor associated signal pathway and gene mutations, and provided new targets for clinical intervention.
