羟基喜树碱膀胱灌注预防膀胱肿瘤复发的临床观察

摘要: 羟基喜树碱是一种有效的抗肿瘤药物。我们自1992年1月～1997年12月应用羟基喜树碱膀胱腔内灌注预防膀胱肿瘤复发68例,经6年的随访结果显示羟基喜树碱膀胱灌注预防膀胱肿瘤复发的效果明显优于既往所采用的噻哐替哌、丝裂霉素和卡介苗,并且副作用小,不失为一种有效的预防膀胱肿瘤复发的药物。

Abstract: Hydroxycamptothecine is an effective antieoplastic compound. From Jan 1992 to Dec 1997, by droxycamptothecine hacf been used for intra bladder instillation to prevent bladder tumors in 68 cases.The results of long term follow-up suggested that the effectivneas of hydroxycamptothecine intra bladder instillation was better than other agents (BCG.Mitomycin C and thiotepa) in the prevention recurrence of bladder tumor.The side effect was slight and subsided quickly.
