Abstract: The article summed up experiences with 216 GI tract anastomosis by applications ofGI tract stapler of tubular type, which have been believed as a means of Safe.simple.time-saving and easy-to-grasp, especially suitable for reconstractions of GI tract afterresections of esophageal.cardiac vectal of Carcinoma its situs were deeper.exposureswere mot facilitated and Operation were diffecult.Authors also presented methods offistula－preventing.experiences of operative field-sterilianig.service of common staplerbreak-down; meanwhile, gave out estatement of several, alien and mative staplers oftubular type.At last, athors point out that GW-l type is far superior to GF-l type,modifying Measures of both stapler are suggested.
