Roles of HOXB7 in Tumors and Related Signaling Pathways

  • 摘要: 转录因子HOXB7在多种肿瘤组织中高表达,且与肿瘤分期、预后密切相关。研究表明,HOXB7不仅参与调控细胞增殖和凋亡,在肿瘤转移过程中也发挥重要作用。多个信号转导通路可以调控HOXB7的表达与活化,同时HOXB7也可影响通路中多个重因子,其在肿瘤发生发展中发挥重要作用,可成为肿瘤治疗的潜在靶点。

     

    Abstract: The overexpression of transcription factor HOXB7 in tumor tissue is often closely related to tumor staging and prognosis. Studies have shown that HOXB7 plays important roles in not only cell proliferation and apoptosis but also in tumor metastasis process. Multiple signal transduction pathways could regulate the expression and activation of HOXB7 while HOXB7 could also affect multiple important factors in the pathway. It has become a potential target for tumor therapy.
