腔内近距离放射治疗直肠癌疗效初探
Effect of Intralumlnal brachy therapy on inoperable rectal cancer

摘要: 本文报道1991年9月至1992年9月采用高剂量率后装腔内近距离放疗结合体外放射治疗20例直肠腺癌的近期疗效。完全缓解(CR)4例(4/20,20%),部分缓解(PR)7例(7/20,35%),微效(MR)6例(6/20,30%),稳定(S)2例(2/20,10%),进展(P)1例(1/20,5%)。近期并发症轻微,远期反应及并发症尚待进一步随访观察。Abstract: From September 1991 to September 1992,twenty cases of cytopathological confirmed inoperable reatal cancer were treated with high dose rate intraluminal brachy therapy combined with external radotherapy.The effects were measured according to the standard of WHO.In 20 patients there was CR in 4,PR in lithe short term effective(CR+PR) was 55%(11/20).No severe complications but acute radiation rectitis was observed,and none of those cases had been interupted in the whole cycle of treatment.The survey of remote therapeutic effects are under the way.
