EAP方案治疗晚期胃癌66例分析

Combination chemotherapy of advanced gastric carcinoma using eap scheme

摘要: 本文报道1989年10月～1992年3月我们应用EAP方案(乙足叶甙、阿霉素、顺铂)治疗66例晚期胃癌的疗效结果。66例CR4例(6.1%)、PR34例(51.5%)、S18例(27.2%)、P10例(15.1%),有效率(CR+PR)57.6%。本文对毒副反应作了分析。该方案是目前治疗晚期胃癌较好的方案,值得临床上推广应用。

Abstract: 66 Patients with advanced gastric carcinoma were treated with the three-drug combination of Etopside(E),Adriamycin(A),Cisplation(P) during 1989～1992.CR was achieved in 4 of 66 patients(6.1%),PR 34(51.5%),S 18(27.2%) and P 10(15.1%),the total objeitive response is 57.6%.The result showed that EAP regimen could improve the curative effect of gastric carcinoma and were superior to the commonly used MFC,FAM scheme,so it is worth recommendation of clinical use.
