摘要: 本文总结1975年至1988年收治Ⅱ期鼻腔非何杰金氏淋巴瘤68例，单纯放射治疗和放化综合治疗各34例。全组随访率为98.5%（67/68）,5年生存率为52.9%（36/68）,单纯放疗组为32.4%（11/34）,综合治疗组为73.5%（25/34）（P<0.01）.放疗剂量以55～65GY适宜，主要死亡原因是远处转移。

Abstract: This paper report 68 patients with Stage I Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma in nose were treated from 1975 to 1988, There are 34 patients treated by radiotherapy alone，34 radiotherapy plus chemotherapy in these patients The 5-year follow-up rate was 98. 500，the overall 5-year sur-vival rates was 52. 9 % .The 5-year survial rates of radiotherapy alone and radiotherapy plus chemotherapy were 32. 4% and 73. 5 % (Ｐ＜O. O1)·Radical doses raging from 55-56GY are con-sidered to be suitable The chief cause of failure was distans metastasis.
