THP和ADM在肝癌导向综合治疗中的作用对比研究

The Study of THP and ADM in the Multimodality Targeting Treatment in Patients with Primary Liver Cancer

摘要: 为对比观察THP和ADM在肝癌导向综合治疗中的作用,分别对24例中晚期原发性肝癌患者进行了125I—AFPAb肝动脉灌注联合栓塞化疗的导向综合治疗。结果显示;THP组和ADM组的有效率分别为66.7％和58.2％(P>0.05)。THP组的脱发率和心脏毒性反应明显低于ADM组(P<0.05),其它的毒副反应两组相近。提示:肝动脉灌注125I—AFPAb与葱环类抗癌药为主的栓塞化疗联合治疗中晚期原发性肝癌具有较高的疗效,THP的疗效与ADd相近,但脱发和对心脏的毒副作用较小。

Abstract: To eveluate the effect of THP and ADM in multimodality targeting treatment forpatient with primary liver cancer (PLC).24 patients with unresectable PLC receivedhepatic artery injectionof 125 1-antiAFPAb and THP or ADM chemo-embolizationramdomly.The effective rate of THP group (66.7%) was a little higher than that of ADM group (58.2%), but no statisticaly siggnificant (PO.05).The incidence rate ofalopecia and cardiotoxicity in THP group was siggnificent lower than that of ADMgroup (P0.05).Other sidereactions was observed similar in two group.The studysuggested that a well effect world be achieved for PLC patients received the multimodality targeting treatment.The curation effect of THP and ADM wax similar and thealopecia and cardiotoxicity of THP, however, was lwoer.
