摘要

摘要: 肿瘤的恶性增生从生物学角度看，主要表现在两个方面：一是肿瘤细胞的“不灭性”，即细胞凋亡障碍；二是细胞增殖失控，程序发生紊乱，致使增殖速度超常加快。这两方面均已成为肿瘤发生发展研究的热点。
