Survival rate of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) in all population of Zhongshan in 1970～1994

摘要: 目的　探讨分析 1970～ 1994年期间中山市全人群鼻咽癌患者生存状况, 为中山市鼻咽癌防治提供科学依据。方法　对中山市 1970～ 1994年肿瘤登记资料中的鼻咽癌患者资料, 进行整理分析, 计算其逐年观察生存率, 并对比分析其不断时段、性别及年龄组观察生存率之间差异。结果　 1970～ 1994年期间中山市鼻咽癌患者 1、3、5、10年观察生存率分别为 83.4 %、5 3.9%、4 2 .5 %与 17.0 %, 并有明显上升趋势。结论　期间中山市鼻咽癌患者观察生存率的明显上升趋势, 以及其观察生存率水平与同期国内外其它地区鼻咽癌患者观察生存率水平的基本一致, 说明期间中山市鼻咽癌防治工作不断改善, 并具有较高水平。

Abstract: Objective To explore the survival status of NPC in all population of Zhongshan in 1970～1994, and to provide scientific information for NPC prevention and treatment in Zhongshan. Methods NPC data in Zhongshan in 1970～1994 which came from Zhongshan Cancer Registry were collected and collated. Its observed survival rates between different genders, different age groups and different periods in Zhongshan were calculated and compared.
