Progress and Challenges in Transurethral Holmium Laser Treatment of Bladder Tumors

  • 摘要: 膀胱肿瘤是泌尿系统常见疾病,对患者健康和生活质量造成严重威胁。非肌层浸润性膀胱癌(non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer,NMIBC)的标准术式为经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术(transurethral resection of bladder tumor, TURBT),而经尿道钬激光作为一种新型的微创治疗手段,在膀胱肿瘤治疗中展现出独特的优势。文章首先介绍了膀胱肿瘤的流行病学特征和传统治疗方法的局限性,随后详细阐述了钬激光的技术原理、发展历程以及在膀胱肿瘤治疗中的应用现状。通过分析临床研究数据,比较了钬激光与其他治疗方式的疗效差异。文章还探讨了手术技术要点、围手术期管理策略以及并发症防治措施。最后,本文指出了当前钬激光治疗面临的技术挑战和未来发展方向,为临床实践和研究提供了参考。

     

    Abstract: Bladder tumor is a common disease in the urinary system, posing a serious threat to patients' health and quality of life. The standard surgical method for non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer is transurethral resection of bladder tumor (TURBT), while transurethral holmium laser, as a new type of minimally invasive treatment, has shown unique advantages in the treatment of bladder tumors. The article first introduces the epidemiological characteristics of bladder tumors and the limitations of traditional treatment methods, and then elaborates on the technical principles, development history of holmium laser as well as its application status in the treatment of bladder tumors. By analyzing clinical research data, it compares the differences in therapeutic effects between holmium laser and other treatment methods. The article also discusses the key points of surgical techniques, perioperative management strategies, and measures for the prevention and treatment of complications. Finally, this paper points out the current technical challenges and future development directions in holmium laser treatment, providing references for clinical practice and research.
