摘要: 目的　通过分析比较去甲长春花碱 (NVB)联合顺铂 (DDP)治疗老年和中青年非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者的疗效和毒性, 探讨老年患者化疗的可行性。方法　回顾性将我院 1994年 6月～ 1999年 12月收治的以NVB联合DDP治疗的 139例晚期NSCLC患者按中国年龄段划分标准分为老年组 (年龄≥ 6 0岁 )和中青年组 (年龄 <6 0岁 ), 比较两组的疗效和毒性。结果　老年组和中青年组的有效率、中位生存期分别为 38.2 %、12个月和 38.1%、9个月 ;两组的III～IV血色素、白细胞、血小板下降分别为 9.1%、5 6 .4 %、5 .5 %和 4 .8%、5 9.5 %、2 .4 %, 差异均无显著性。结论　一般状况良好 (KPS≥ 80 )的老年患者能够耐受中等剂量化疗。
