  • Objective:ln order to explore the relationship between the large intestinal carcinoma (LIC) and its stroma vascular architecture, We studied the macro-micro-vascular architecture of the specimens from48 cases of LIC in different areas. Methods:The angiox-ray technique. stereo--microscope and computerized image morphometrical analysis were used. Results: The blood vascular in the center area of the carcinoma showed sparse and avascular necrosis zone or vessel destruction, but in the distal and proximal ends of carcinoma, the vessels showed multiplying. increasing in width.malformation and inregularityl the vascular quantitative parameters were different significantly from those in carcinoma center area and in the distal and proximal ends of intestinal mucosa of the carcinoma (P
