Clinic analysis of 18 Cases with vaginal wall tumor

18 Cages with benign vaginal wall tumor diagno"0d by pathalogy were reported. There were 6Casts with Vaginal leiomyoma，7 Cases with cyst of mesonephrotic duct，2 cases with cyst ofparamesonephrotic duct. 2 cases with fibroma and 1 cases with cyst of parovarian. The source ofvaginal leiomyoma，cause of misdiagnosis main points of diagnosis and treatment were discussed.
