Expression And Significance of MGcl Monoclonal Antibody in Gastrointestinal Carcinoma and Precancerous Intestinal Lesions

Immunohistochemical staining of MGcl monoclonal antibody was carried out in 63 cases of gastric carcinorma, 108 cases of large bowel carcinoma, 48 cases of Large bowel adenoma and 23 cases of inflammatory polar.The rate of MGcl staining was 85. 7%, 90. 7%, 45. 8% and 13. 0% respectively. Among the large bowel adenoma I the obviously positive staining rates of MGcl staining in villous and villo-tubular adenolma were higher than that in tubular adenoma. It was suggested that the immunohistochmical staihing of MGcl miyght be helpful in the diagnosis of gastrointestinal carcinoma and in the surveillance of precancerous diseases.
