From January of 1980 to December of 1991, We used the way of recurement to radical surgery after radical radiotherapy to treat middle and late stage Cervical Cancer. The cases were divided into two groug freely. The contrast group used radical radiotherapy, the research group used radical radiotherapy + radical surgery. The result was the obvious promotion of survival rate of the research group. The survival rates of 2 years 5 years and 10 yeras were 100%, 90. 7%, 88. 9% respeetively. We concluded, this curing wag enlarged the radical surgery range of curement, and make the treatmeat of middle and late stage cervical cancer more active. It was one of effective ways to treat the disease.
