THE REPORT OF ONE CASE DIED OF BLEOMYCINUM AND THE LITERATURE REVIEWS

This paper reported one patient died of the lethal reaction of bleomycinum(BLM)and reviewed the domestic papers on the side-effects of BLM in the last 10 years.The three clinical manifestations of the reaction,i.e.the high fever,the allergic shock and the pneumotitis, and the pathogenisis were analyzed.In addition,the notices of using BLM were summed up:(1)For the following patients the using of BLM must be cautious:the patients with non-Hodgkin'lymphoma(NHL);the patients with allergic constitution or autoimmune disease;the atged patients and the patients with poor lung-function;(2)For the out-patients and the patients with meddleline-organ NHL,the using of it must be avoided.(3)In case of emergency, the antiallergic and/ or anti-shock managements must be taken immediately.(4)Some medicines can be used to provent or alliviate the side-effects.
