The Radioimmunoassay Analisis of Eight Serum Hormonal Levels in Lung cancer pafiets

Abstract Eight hormonal Levels-gastrin,PRL,glucagon,cortisol,β-HCG,TSH,Insulin and GH were determined by immunoassay in 129 Lung cancer patients,whose age were≥45,campared with 64 normal controls and 136 high-risk persons at the same age-range.The resulfs showed that PRL and glucagon may raised in Lung cancer pafients and high-risk persons, but gastrin was only raised in the lung cancer pafients.We freated these cases by sfatisfical mefhod,these 3 hormonal levels had significant differences(P0.05),the others had no apparent significance.
