  • Thirty-eight cases of primary bronehio-alvcolar cacinoma with cerebral metastases as pre-renting symptom are reported. The results showed that;easiest metastases of adenocarcinoma.Earliest metastases of indifferentiated carcinoma. Peripheral pulmanary carcinoma is more thancentral carcinoma. Some of patients were admitted to the hospital for cerehral damage,mentalaberration and disability,and no definite respiration tract. mechanism,clinical feathers,diagnosisand treatment of brain metastases discussed with review of literature. The anther emphasized thatif there was nervous system,examination has to be done in detail and repeatedly for early diagno-sir and letter result.
