  • Thirty-seven patients with malignant tumor were treated with the combinationchemocherapy with vindsine(VDS). The total response rates were 40. 5 %. The effective rates of Lung Cancer were 31. 3%, of NHL and Esophagus Cancer were.85. 7 % and 50%. The remission rates of the first treatment cases were 50%, of thecases treated with VCR were 38. 5%. the writer think,VDS was well effect to malignant tumor, special to the Lung Adenocarlinoma and Esophagus Cancer thatwhich hadn't been well raction to chemocherapy, and it wasn't complete cross resistance with VCR. It's neurotoxicity was small, but the restrain to the marrow maybeen on guard aginst.
