Prognostic factors of Radiotherapy for adenocarcinma of the cervix

One hundred and sixty-three patients of adenocarcinoma of the cervix weretreated by radiotherapy at the Jiang Su Cancer Institute from 1980 to 1990. According to FIGO Stage.Ten were in the stage I，54 in stage Ⅱ and 88 in stage Ⅲ，2 were in the stage Ⅳ.Nine cases gave up treatment by themselves 17 cases lost follow up.The overall 5-year survival was 50. 24%.A COX model multivariant regression analysis was used.Prognostic factors of radiotherapy for ademocarcinoma of the cervix:clinic stage，grade and tumor regression during radioation therapy.
