  • The clinical efficacy of cisplatinum containing combination chemotherapy regi-man on cases of metastatic malignant melanoma were observed .The results showed that the overall response rate was 42.9%，median duration of response wasmonths，median survival was months，and actual survival rates years were respectively·The response rates of PBVD and PVD regimens were ，respectively，median survival was months and months，respectively，these differences were not satisti-cally significant·The response rates in stage and stage months .
