  • The combined chemotherapy with Elemene emulsion and very small dosage Ara-Ctreated myelodysplastic syndrom, 1 RAEB (11.1 %) was essential remission, 3 cases wasobvious progress, 3 cass was progress, 2 casses was no effective, All effclive rate was77.77%. 77.42% cases was nomal temperature after one course of treatment, 14.29%case was nomal two course of treatment. The haemarrhage of all cases was stopped after2 course of treatment. 76.67% case with the enlargement of lymph node disapersed.The enlargement spleen of 60% cases was nomal. Conclusion: The combinedchemotherapy with Elemene emulsion and Ara-C might offer an efficien method for thetreatment of MDS.
