A Method For The Quantitation Of The Adriamycin In Tumour Cell By HPLC And Its Application To Seleting Reverse Agent Of Medicine-Resistant

Adriamycin(be called ADM) is a generally medicine in chemistry treatment of tumour. This paper reported the method by using HPLC to analyze Adriamcin in themedicine-resistant cell. This method is simple, and its sensitivity is high. The minimaldetectable concentratiom of this method is 8621pmol. A good linear correlation betweenconcentration and peak height could be obtained within a range of 20～344. 8pmol. Westudy on selecting reverse agent of medicine-resistant of ADM by Using this method.Tentatively consider that Dipyridarnolc, Cyclosporin a regard as reverse agent of medicine- resistant of ADM.
