The Relationship between EB Virus ZEBRA/igG Change Regulation and Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma

Objective to explain the change regulation of ZEBRA/IgG in the different state of nasopharyngeal canceration. Methods ZEBRA/IgG were detected in ELISA method to the different state screening samples in suihui area.including:nasopharyngeal carcinoma 27,high risk people 50,VCA/IgA positive person 50,all negative person 30. Results The positive rate of ZEBRA/IgG in the group of NPCwre 90 9%,which is higher than the contrast groups.There is significance between them(P0 01).The average time from ZEBRA/IgG first positive to be pathonalagly diagnosised is 3 5(2 62 4 38)years and the titer of the antibody gradually rise to the highest level. Conclusion The study suggested that ZEBRA/IgG might be as a diagnosis marker to NPC.The patients whose ZEBRA/IgG consistly keep high or rise should be highly suspected of NPC.
