Objective To analyse the clinical features of primary axillary lymph node. Methods Such clinic items as the pathaologic pattern of original tumor, the mass feature, diagnosis, therapeutic effects of 26 patients who suffered from primary axillary lymph node metastasis were studied. Results The original tumor according to its rate in turn is breast cancer, malignant melanoma, lung cancer, thyroid cancer, gastric cancer, colorectal cancer.
