Objective To evaluate the effect of chemotherapy with cisplatin and 5-fluorouracil regimen combined with radiotherapy in stage N 3 nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC). Methods sixty-six patients with stage T 1～3 N 3M 0 nasopharyngeal carcinoma were randomized into two groups.Radiochemotherapy group were treated with cisplatin and 5-fluorouracil regimen Chemotherapy followed radiotherapy.
