The clinical treatment and the result of malignant fibrous histiocyte tumor in the head and neck region: analysis of 32 cases

Objective To analyse the treatment and clinical features of malighant fibrous histocyte tumer in the head and neck region. Methods 32 patients with MFH in the head and neck region admitted into our hospital from 1980 to 1993 were analyzed with review of literature. in these cases, 2 were misdiagnosed as nosal polyp, 1 was misdiagnosed as Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma because of neck tumer, and 1 origined orbit was diagnosed maxillary tumous in these cases 11 were operation alone, 9 were radiation alone and 12 ...
