Clinical study on early postoperative combined intravenation with intra peritoneal hyperthermic perfusion treatment for gastrice cancer

Objective To study new way of chemotherapy for postoperative gastrice cancer. Methods We have studied fifty-six patients with gastric cancer who have been done gastrectomy by combined intravenation with intrapertoneal hyperthermic perfusion treatmenet. Results The results have showed that their average survival period is significantly higher than that in control group( P <0.01). Conclusion We think that the treatment can prevent liver-metastasis and gastric cancer relapse after gastrectomy.
