Objective 　To study the anti-tumor new medicine L-OHP(platinum oxalate) to arouse the liver function damage the possibility. Methods 　Ret rospective analysis of clinical materials. Results 　Besides the common toxicity, still discovered the L-OHP the liver function to damage 19 examples. Conclusion 　 When L-OHP is used in the patients should be kept to the possibility of the liver function damage.
