Effect of Arsenic Trioxide on Fas/FasL in Human Non-M3 AML and ALL Cell Lines

Objective To investigate the effect of As 2O 3 on Fas/FasL in human non M 3 AML and ALL cells. Methods We cultured non M 3 AML and ALL cells with different dose As 2O 3 together in vitro.The effects on cells living and growth were evaluated according to cell counting and determining of cell living.Meanwhile flow cytometry was used to detect the change of DNA,Fas and FasL.
