The Effect of G-CSF Mobilization on Phenotypical and Functional Properties of Lymphocytes in Healthy Donors

Objective To probe into the effect of G CSF mobilization on phenotypical and functional properties of lymphocytes in healthy donors. Methods The lymphocytes subsets and their activity markers of 22 normal donors were tested by flow cytometry pre treatment, post treatment (the first leukapheresis day) and one week later after the last rhG CSF mobilization.
