Expression and Significance of HSP27 and bcl-2、p53、P-gp Protein in Colorectal Carcinoma

Objective To evaluate the expression and significance of HSP27 and bcl-2、p53、P-gp protein in colorectal carcinoma. Methods The expression of HSP27 and bcl-2、p53、P-gp in 72 cases of colorectal carcinoma were detected by SP immunohistochemical technique.
