    Abstract
  • Objective To study the effects of artesunate(ART)and its mechanism on MCF-7 cells. Methods After treated MCF-7 cells with ART for 3 days,the proliferation of MCF-7 cells were examined with MTT-assay,meanwhile the morphological change and the expression of PCNA,bcl-2,bax and nm23 was observed. Results MCF-7 cells were treated with ART for 3d,led to a obviously dose dependent inhibition.ART could change the morphology and ultra structure of MCF-7 cells significantly.Immunocytochemical staining indicated treatme...
