Relationship between Megakaryocytic leukemogenesis and the Abnormalities of Cytokine Expression

Objective To study the expression of cytokine pattern in megakaryoblastic leukemic cells and the possible involvement of cytokines in megakaryoblastic leukemogesis. Methods RT PCR and Southern blot were used to detect cytokine mRNA expression in four megakaryoblastic cell lines: Meg 01, Dami, CHRF 288 11 and M 07e and also compare the differences of cytokine expression.
