Changes of perioperation cellular immune function in patients with gliomas

Objective The cellular immune function was investigated before and after operation in patients with glioma. Methods The positive percentage of T lymphocyte phenotype and NK cell were examined dynamically by method of direct immunofluorence. Results The percentage of CD 3 ?CD 4 ?CD 8 and the ratio of CD 4 /CD 8 in glioma patients were much lower than those of the controls.
