Abstract
Objective To uncover the effect of human chorionic gonadotrophin (hCG) on the invasion of choriocarcinoma cells. Methods The effect of hCG on the expression of matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) in JEG-3 choriocarcinoma cell line was investigated by applying the method of reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR).
