  • Objective To uncover the effect of human chorionic gonadotrophin (hCG) on the invasion of choriocarcinoma cells. Methods The effect of hCG on the expression of matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) in JEG-3 choriocarcinoma cell line was investigated by applying the method of reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR).
