Study on efficient expansion of human cytotoxic CD3^-CD56⁺NK cells from peripheral blood

Objective To study the expanding way of human cytotoxic CD3^-CD56⁺ NK cells from peripheral blood mononuclear cells PBMC. Methods PBMCs were cultured in stem cell growth medium SCGM or RPMI 1640 supplemented with monoclonal anti-CD3 antibodies, IL-2 and PHA at varying concentrations. The cytotoxicity of the expanded cells was detected by MTT method.
