A study of the Survivin expression in Non-Hodgkin s lymphomas

Objective To explore the expression of survivin and its relation with tumor cell apoptosis of non-Hodgkin s lymphomas. Methods TdT-mediated UTP nick end labeling (TUNEL) and immunohistochemistry were used to study cell apoptosis and expression of survivin genes in 82 non-Hodgkin s lymphoma samples and 17 benign lymph node pathological changes.
